Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

When using our standard delivery, your order should be with you in three (3) to five (5) working days (excludes weekends and public/bank holidays).

ALL ORDERS above €25.00 will get FREE Delivery in Malta and Gozo.

Please note: For large gym equipment the client will be contacted within two (2) to three (3) working days from date of placing the order to coordinate delivery.

 

Delivery Terms for Equipment Over 50kg:

Ground Floor Delivery: Free delivery is available to the ground floor only.

No Lift Access: If the item exceeds 50kg and there is either no lift access or the item does not fit in the lift, a lifting service will be required. We can arrange this service through a third-party provider. The cost (approximately €40–€45 per hour) must be paid directly by the client to the service provider.

Council Permits: If a lifting service is necessary, it is the client’s responsibility to obtain any required permits from the local council.

Alternative Option: If the client chooses not to use the lifting service, we can deliver the packaged item to the ground floor. In this case, the client will be responsible for moving it to the final location.

Assembly: If we are required to return later for assembly, an additional charge of €35 will apply.

 

 

Returns Information

What is the return period?
Return period for sale items is one week from date of receipt of the item. Non-sale items return period is one month from date of receipt of the item.
Online orders only may be refunded for up to 14 days from date of purchase.

How soon will I get my refund? (Online orders only)
Once your return has been received and inspected, our team will get back to you by phone/email to advise about your return request and any possible reimbursement.
If your return is approved and you are eligible for a refund, this will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.

What are the conditions of return?
All items, unless faulty, must be returned in original condition with all packaging and labels, unworn and unwashed. Personalised products, unless faulty, are not eligible for refund/exchange.

What items cannot be returned?
The following items may not be returned:
Underwear and masks, due to hygiene reasons.
Free gifts or promotional items.
Any items that are damaged, worn, or washed.

What return options are offered for online orders?
In store:
Fill in the Returns Form and bring your items to our Birkirkara store together with the invoice/receipt of purchase.

Post:
Include one copy of the Returns Form with your item(s) – this must clearly show the original order number (ex: ORDER 12345 and INVOICE No. 12345), with your contact details clearly highlighted
Send to the below address, adding “ECOMMERCE STORE RETURN” on the parcel:
